        How do your services work?
It all starts with an initial (no obligation) conversation. Please feel free to contact us via our website, email, phone, whatever you’re comfortable with! We then find out what your objective is, what it is you’d like extra support with or do you need help with something new, for example? We will create a clear proposal with the costs of our service, and timeframes if needed. Some of our customers prefer to work to a specific timeframe, some of our customers work with us on an ongoing month-by-month consultancy basis. We can discuss any areas that you feel you need support with.
 
Won't you take on too much work all at once?
No, this isn’t the case, we are always wanting to give our clients our full potential and service that we offer. If we get to a point where we are working to full capacity, we temporarily create a waiting list for future clients. At this point we keep in touch and try and be as transparent as possible on the likely starting date. We may even be able to begin some of the preparatory work for you. Honesty is our policy.

How can you help with my business' recruitment?
We can offer a service of reviewing and shortlisting CVs of candidates, based on your preferences. We can even conduct or assist with pre-interviews at your premises should you wish.

        Can we change the terms part-way through a project?
Yes, this is possible. For example, if you wished to reduce the amount of time spent on your business due to cost constraints, but still wanted us to work with you, because you were finding significant value from having us on board, we can do this. 
 
I'm a relatively small business. I don't think I can afford this kind of service.
If you are a small business, then this kind of service might be exactly what you need. We have already helped lots of small businesses. A huge advantage of our service to many of these SMEs has been that they have had extra help wherever they have required it, as and when, without the extra commitment of having to employ someone permanently. In some cases, we have acted as a temporary stepping-stone between needing extra help and the leap of employing someone.

How do I know if you can offer a service to help my business? I can’t see anything relevant to it listed on your website.
Although our list of services is quite extensive, we never stop learning and not only that, we can transfer our skills from existing market sectors to other areas of work. If we feel we cannot help you, we will always be frank and offer full disclosure.
