We appointed Calm Services to assist our sales team with some market research into a particular sector of the industry. As the project developed Mike was able to deliver more ‘on the ground’ knowledge of the potential customers including key contacts and assess the level of demand. As a consequence we grew our client database significantly which led to new sales from a sector which was previously ignored. We have continued our relationship with Calm Services by integrating their services into our general sales strategy. Mike makes regular sales calls on our behalf and has developed a good understanding of our products. In addition we are now working with Calm Services to create a more detailed CRM system which will hopefully deliver benefits to the business in the future.
